Question Cigar smoking on cruise ships?

Which cruise lines permit cigar smoking:

a) in a special bar/lounge
b) on deck or on a special deck section
c) on your cabin's balcony?

Smoking outside would be preferable to smoking inside because the sea air makes the cigar taste better. And a cruise line with particularly good food would be a plus.

I looked around but there are so many cruise lines and different set-ups, I felt it would be quicker to ask the question here.

Destinations and all the other stuff would be secondary. While I wouldn't take a cruise to smoke, taking a cruise without cigar smoking would be a terrible waste in my eyes.

FYI, I am a pure pleasure smoker and smoke perhaps two cigars a month, max three. I have smoked two cigarettes in my entire life with the first one at age 30. So this is not because I can't kick the habit but because I do enjoy a nice cigar, a good spirit and an intelligent conversation or wise silence after an excellent meal. A cruise seems ideal to indulge this.
