Jim I would be SHOCKED if Citi application and/or IT department became that efficient - my gut feel is that the 30K offer with 8/31 date will either continue to work after 8/31 OR they will come up with a new 30K offer with say 12/31 date.

I have a double application round due in a couple more days, then my wife will be due her round around Aug 20 - so both within the 8/31 dates. Hoping for a smooth application process, but who knows. Wish me luck !!
