This sounds almost impossible.
I've been a heavy TG flyer the first 6 months of the year, and not once did I experience being overlooked, receiving bad service or having problems using English onboard. I also found their food to be consistently very edible - especially the Thai-varieties they serve.
I was EBG (lots of Asia-Europe flights on SK) until early this year and can safely say that IMHO TG beats SK on crew attitude (
) and -service any time, any flight. But then again, one man's meat is another man's poison, no?
