Indeed it does...

However, IIRC, that is how it is designed.... They have a mesh of "tare straps" riveted in the skin of the aircraft, so that if a hole in the fuselage appears, then it does exactly what it has in this case... gone no further than something like 20 or 30cm, then gone off at a right angle to form a hole, instead of continuing in a line and making a larger hole in the fuselage.
