Uh, I don't think you did. I'd hazard a good bet that there isn't a 767 out there than can do YVR-SYD nonstop (or at least do it with people and/or cargo). AC has been using the 777 on the YVR-SYD route since it's inception.
ACs 767 route was YVR-HNL-SYD. So not optimum and it was the first route they put their 77Ls on once they'd received them.
