I have to admit to blagging into lounges a few times in my student days, usually the most effective way was to befriend someone with a gold card. However after one of the Aberdeen dragons snogged my flatmate on a drunken night in town she always seemed to let me into the lounge without even asking for my BP!
Why do people blag? well for me it was a simple matter of 6 hour connections, functioning toilets and comfy seats. To be honest I relished it much more then that I do now that I have the status to use them.
