Jim - past experience has shown us that the so called expiry date on the webpage has never been an issue. As long as the webpage for the offer is LIVE when you applied, the offer was honored. For a while I remember using $250/25K offers when the new $750 spend came into being. All the $250 offers were technically expired - but they all worked, and 25K miles after $250 spend were received. Sadly those links were all de-activated by Citi quite a while ago.
