I believe the question may be "can I use BAMiles for redemption for non-flight awards?".

Many other FF programmes allow miles to be spent on things like ground transportation (e.g. car hire).

Also, some airlines allow redemptions against item purchases e.g. LH miles can be spent in the LH on-line shop (bags, cases, toys, etc.)

You have to do the maths carefully to work out whether such redemptions are worth it (it can depend if you are cash rich or miles rich!)

AFAIK, BA does not offer such ground redemptions.
