Looking at mid October. Stay 7 days in Japan, stay 5 days in Hawaii (plus or minus a few days for best pricing and accomodation needs).

I called customer service over the weekend, on hold total of 45 min between 3 people... last never picked up and I finally hung up. Will try again, but hopefully will have a better understanding before I call back.
