The rules on lounge entry are pretty straightforward I think.

My question / statement is : Do people think there are no consequences of attempting this kind of deception? And, are BA being too lenient with no current consequences?

There were the emails a couple of years ago threatening action against people taking ex-EU trips and not completing the final sector. To me the kind of deception being attempted here is serious and should warrant punishment - forfeiture of miles / cancellation of individuals EC accounts should be sufficient to dissuade these abuses and make things easier for everyone else. Thoughts?

David.
Whilst I agree that forging cards is a serious offence, I don't know why you are comparing it to booking ex-EU and then skipping the final segment.
There is nothing at all wrong with that!!
It is like ordering a 3-course meal at a restaurant and then skipping dessert !
