I suppose it depends where you are going. If it is somewhere that requires API, then they may well spot it when you hand over you passport and the details don't match what is already in the system.

I always feel a bit sorry for kids who are named after a parent. Why do they do it? I can understand naming someone after a distant relative, but naming someone after yourself just seems a bit much.
