I bought some euros at T5 a month ago but have not yet had any miles credited, although I did present my BAEC card. Is it still to early to chase them? I have the receipt, but no way of knowing how I make the claim. Is there a dedicated phone number or email address? I assume it's NOT done through the BA eshop.
