Let me summarize quickly for those who don't have the time to read through my "short" rant.......

"Sir Branason had better face his business and forget about BA for his is the airline that might go burst"

I flew on VS002 from EWR to LHR yesterday and the best part of the trip was GASP!...the lounge. I have never seen a C class so desolate other than UA's product (and this is actually improving based on UA's recent upgrade). I sat on 8K and the Video screen was almost falling off. I had to prop the table numerous times after trying to use it to do some work. The vent right below the window behind me looked like a rotten corpse (aahhhh the awful smell). AVOD was so-so and the headsets really needed an upgrade based on the money I paid for this flight. I didn't bother to eat since I took a friend's advise and gourged myself at the lounge. I saw disappointed faces during the flight when the crew served the dinner meals.

I can go on and on but I'm dreading the return flight on Thursday. Unless for some miracle Sir Branson gets a new A346 for this flight, I'll stick to flying BA, UA, AA and Cathay Pacific in the future.

FWIW, the flight crew was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! They made the trip very pleasant as was the PJs and breakfast at the bar.
