Ren report:

I went to see the Revs-KC and the US Men's C team v. Haiti last night and here's my Ren lobby report

The hotel is at the complete opposite end of the parking lot from the East lot of Gillette Stadium, holy god. Thankfully I knew I had a half an hour to get back to the postgame tailgate, which technically ended a half-hour later than originally thought.

The lobby is very modern. When I first saw the front, I saw the gigantic bar with big-screen TVs and a modern but inviting-looking set of couches. I knew I'd have an hour ride home so I bought two bags of candy and a Kit-Kat bar, which set me back $11 even though I asked if my father's Marriott # got me a discount.

The pool was tiny and indoor, and the exercise room was small but had very new-looking equipment.

There are about 10 restaurants in the general area, and I really, really wanted to try Red Robin, which is across the way. By the time I ate it, my Red Robin burger was cold, and it had waaaay too many onions. Yuck.
