Yep...100% true. My dad switched to AA vs UA because of TED. He flies to Tampa often from OMA and will start flying once a week come January '10. All on paid F class tickets at $1500 to $2500 each. Big gain for AA and big loss for UA if you ask me. I asked him if he'll switch back to UA once all the TED planes are gone and he said nope, what's done is done, unless AA switched to RJ's from OMA to DFW.
