AC never codeshared on YYZBRU (as a standalone service). You were able to buy an AC coded flight to BRU only if you had a connection at BRU to India on 9W. I think the other requirement was that the ticket had to have been purchased on 014 ticket stock to be able to get AC codeshare number and thus miles.
