No way to get to OKA on SkyTeam or DL partners.

You need to either fly to NRT, KIX, NGO or ICN on NW/DL/KE/any SkyTeam airline to use/earn miles. You then need to buy a separate ticket on someone like ANA, JAL or SkyMark to get to OKA.

I've done this trip twice now. First time I went there I did SEA-NRT(NW)-OKA(ANA). NW & ANA operate out of the same terminal at NRT so the connection was super easy. On the return I did OKA-KIX(ANA)-HNL(NW)-SEA(NW)

The second time I did it I went SEA-NRT(NW)/overnight/HND-OKA(SkyMark). I wound up doing it this way because SkyMark was more than 50% cheaper than a ticket on ANA at the time. Either way, you won't earn the 966 miles from Tokyo to OKA.
