Which is exactly why UA should finish the re-config now. By the time the target market starts buying again UA will not be able to have the new product available to take advantage of the upturn.
If they had the cash to do so I'm sure someone would consider it. But considering they're pawning spare parts to raise cash for the upcoming 4th quarter where travel generally slows I don't think this is going to see the light of day until something on the balance sheet improves.
