We are booked at the LV Hilton for the next two nights . My wife is having a bad sinus attack and tobacco smoke really irritates her. I am concerned about tobacco smoke permeation of the hotel (we have stayed at other Vegas hotels where the casino smoke gets everywhere in the hotel). We have not been to the LV Hilton before. Is this something to worry about there? Other Vegas suggestions given that concern?
