i was thrilled when my fco-jfk boarding pass printed at the airport

At first I thought my upgrade for the domestic flgiht had cleared (did not read the city pairs and was was heading to LAS) but the checkin agent justl looked at me and winked. Ah ha!

The A330 was a sweet ride in 1B
and quite a step up both service and comfort-wise from the AF777 in 20c on the east-bound flight...

is it me or did AF really step down TATL service over the last couple of months? Or, was I on a bad flight?
