DUB is one of the easiest markets for op-ups especially in the summer when 767s are used to/from JFK and ATL. Always plenty of traffic in the back which DL can't ignore with smaller equipment, so they end up putting 767s there which have relatively large number of BE seats ripe for op-ups...
