i suspect is that although the EQMs posted officially recently, they were officially counted as having them since the date of your original flights back in April-June. hence, possibly the system sorta retroactively awarded u 1K back through when you 'crossed' the 1K threshold back in May or June and then awarded you CR1s based on sweep of 1ks.

just a theory. but it would explain why a sweep on a Sat night would give you CR1s.
