I love the new entertainment system (and its wide range of movie choices) when it works. On a recent international flight, my screen froze twice (requiring the purser to reboot it from somewhere on the B747's lower deck). Each reboot process took about 8-10 minutes. Am sure glad that planes don't crash as often as computers!
