Last two weeks my commute to TPE on KA is the same situation. they pull off a 3 class here. And I think it is a fair as a business decision. I am not a high-gold or DM, but i surely don't want to see even a MPC Green member got op-up and not behave thankfully in the same cabin.

I still believe we pay what we get, and our loyalty leads to op-up is a bonus not a must. I am a little annoyed by people op-up and still jump infront of you to get off the plane, we have better seat already (maybe we paid more in a long run than those short TPE-package). Probably thats why SQ doesnt believe in OP, passenger some times just forget about they are just a EY passenger? I don't mean to offense anyone...
