you need to print that page as your certificate and turn it in....99% if the time the desk fouls this up and you will need to have it adjusted off at check out.....

it is an EEO offer....there are TONS of threads discussing this here! most of us have done it 100s of times.....yes it works but take the page as your certificate like the directions say, and be prepared for it to NOT be done correctly. they WILL take care of it at checkout however. And you may get lucky and they might do it right from the outset!
