After buying a ticket this week, I called the reservations center to add my DL Sky Miles number to the itinerary. However, the agent indicated the announced agreement has not taken effect and that no one in reservations knows when it will.

Anyone have insight as to when flyers will be able to earn Sky Miles flying Midwest?
