Yes, it's pricey but it definitely worth it
If you want a trendy and cheaper alternative (not hotel) try:
- café Beaubourg, just in front Musée Georges Pompidou (traditional parisian breakfast in the chic brasserie),
- le Pain Quotidien, place du marché Saint Honoré (remind that the place is full on week-ends for brunch, so come early or be prepared to wait for a while)
