I might cancel my return from PHX in F next month and see if there's a seat on the u/d in J instead...
As someone who almost always sitting in the UD, I am horrified to see how much longer/higher the UD slide is compared to the other exit. Its going to be more traumatic in an emergency scenario.

According to AVHearld another plane has been sent to pick up the passengers. Reports on their suggest a possible electrical problem, but fire services couldn't find any evidence of fire.
Its going to take a while (and expense) to re-pack and reset all the emergency exit slides.
