I am not sure if HH would let you use Air France for their awards, but AF flies all the way to Saint Denis Reunion(RUN) and Antananarivo(TNR)- The two closest islands to Mauritius -.

ORD-CDG-RUN-TNR or ORD-CDG-RUN. then taking Air Mauritius flight to MRU.
