Hello!

I am desperately searching for cheap ways to get to Prague from Frankfurt. I have tried a Czech rail site (couldn't translate it) as well as the Bahn site, but I just can't figure out to get the best deals on them! I know there are lots of savvy travelers on here and was just wondering what you think is the best and least expensive type of travel between those two countries. (Cuz, I kinda screwed myself by going off of what other websites falsely advertised for bus fairs).

Are there tricks or ways to getting a cheaper fare? I spent a lot of money (600usd over my proposed budget ) on my tickets to Frankfurt (i know, i know, i should've researched before, but I jumped on the tickets within a minute cuz my last fare doubled when I waited 30 minutes to check other sites). and now I'm pretty worried at the aspect of paying another 100euros just get to my (initial) final destination. My days of travel fall on what I thought were the cheapest days: wednesday and tuesday (the latter is return day).

I booked to Frankfurt because it was the cheapest europe flight and I had heard that you could get bus tickets generally anywhere for about 15 euros. Now, I can't find anything.

Any tips? Suggestions? Ideas? Sites? Experiences? Thank you!
