ES NYC - Priceline and Incidentals?
While checking in, the clerk made clear that no miles would be earned for the room rate, but that incidentals would earn full HH points. I left the hotel with a substantial balance charged to my amex, but no miles have posted. Am I entitled for the incidentals points or not?
