You can certainly convert points to miles however the exchange rate is a complete joke, it's something like 1 to 0.25, i.e. 20.000 HH points would only yield 5000 AA miles.

The other way around is much more acceptable, i.e. 20.000 AA miles yield 20.000 HH points.
