Toward the bottom of the booking section, there should be a link that says "upgrades, promotions, booking class" or something to that effect. Click on that. Then, using the dropdown menu under the upgrades section, choose Miles - MH.

Upgrading from MH fares will cost 30K miles each way on an TATL. You can upgrade for 15K miles each way using YB fares (but it costs more.)
