Quite the reverse - it is the A320 that has no advantage in the Exit rows - on the A319 row 9 is highly prized giving several extra inches of leg room (enough for the person in the window to get into their seat without B or C getting up)

Normal layout ABC DEF in ET with all seats used by pax; not sure why D not showing (perhaps just already taken?)
