Hilton Suites Markham is indeed a very nice property (nicer than the HGI a mile or so west). Both are new, clean etc. Stayed at both over the last month.

Hilton Suites upgraded me to a gigantic corner suite. Only room that was smallish was the bathroom (but it was more than ample). Paid $103.50 CAD midweek for Hilton Suites and $98 CAD midweek for HGI, once with full breakfast at HGI and once with continental breakfast. Breakfast at Suites offered as Hilton Diamond was continental but quite good (they do have slightly more expensive packages with full breakfast included).
