I finally had my points from a May stay in Cairns post this week after an exchange of e-mails with them over several weeks (finally posted as "courtesy points" instead of points and 4 nights). I e-mailed A-Club and they gave me the silver status that the 4 nights would have entitled me to (10 nights total for the year now). I didn't have an invoice as the stay was prepaid. I've learned my lesson now to make sure I get an invoice on check-out, in case the points don't post, so I can e-mail it in for credit.

My next Accor stay is 5 nights in Hong Kong in September. Hope I do better getting the points/nights posted there.
