She told me that they have never received my account data and that they have sent three message to FB about my account. She said FB is not answering these requests for clarification on my and other accounts. FB in the meantime, tells me that they have sent the data and have given me dates and case numbers (which i have passed on to WP).

To sum it up, FB say it is no longer their problem because my account is closed and WP has all the data; whereas WP says they cannot do anything because FB has never sent the data.

What could I do to get this resolved? Does anyone have an inside contacts or any suggestions what to do? I want my 350k miles and my status back! I am desperate at this point!!!
Hot off the press -- The latest email i just received from WP:

Dear Rayoflight,

This is in response to your recent conversation with the WorldPerks
Customer Service Center regarding the transfer of miles from Flying Blue
account x to WorldPerks account x.

I've contacted KLM Flying Blue on your behalf and was informed that the
transfer was done on 5/26/09. However, the transfer process takes
approximately 12 weeks. Therefore, the miles should be deposited into
WorldPerks account by the end of August.

While I realize the disappointment this may cause, this process cannot
be expedited and we therefore, request your patience with this matter.

Sincerely,

xx
WorldPerks Customer Service Center

Now this is frustrating. I have been telling WP all along that FB says they sent the details on 5/26! (with details such as case number, mileage balance) and every time WP's response was: "We have not received the data and FB is not responding to our messages. There is nothing we can do". Now in this email they tell me what i have been telling them, although they do not even acknowledge that they have received the data.

As for "this process cannot be expedited" I don't buy that. What do they do? Put my old FB in a black box, let it stand and mature for 12 weeks, and out comes a WP account? Anything is possible if they make an effort.

Now that i know this is a WP problem, who would you suggest i contact? is there an escalated complaints department?
