I stayed here for 3 nights in June and it was my first time to KL. I didn't find the location inconvenient at all. Of course you do need to take the monorail or train into the city, but the Hilton is a nice retreat from the city. The value is great. I paid less than $100 each night and as a Diamond was upgraded to the same floor as the lounge, which is amazing. It is comparable to the Conrad in Singapore. I did't get a suite though, just a regular small room at the end of the hall next to the suite where the building narrows. All of the staff in the hotel are great. I think the only thing I would fault the Hilton on is the breakfast at the main restaurant. It is organized chaos. There are too many people allowed in for the space and you have to fight through tables to reach some of the food. The service was not good both days we ate there. I couldn't get anyone to refill my coffee when other tables had their own carafes. The quality of the food is great though, but the experience is not good. The last day we just ate at the lounge and it was very good too with hot and cold items.
