Still waiting... Arghh!!! I called NWA... They said that FB sends them a spreadsheet periodically with details of accounts to be transferred. After my follow up, NWA contacted FB. FB said that they included my details in the spreadsheet back in February, but NWA says that was not the case. Now they are trying again and I did receive a letter from FB recently saying that they have transferred my account. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as I have some award travel I want to do.
Its me again... Looking for some help here. I must have made 20+ calls to WP and FB over the past 5 months and still this is going nowhere. Yesterday I spoke with a supervisor in WP. She told me that they have never received my account data and that they have sent three message to FB about my account. She said FB is not answering these requests for clarification on my and other accounts. FB in the meantime, tells me that they have sent the data and have given me dates and case numbers (which i have passed on to WP).
To sum it up, FB say it is no longer their problem because my account is closed and WP has all the data; whereas WP says they cannot do anything because FB has never sent the data.
What could I do to get this resolved? Does anyone have an inside contacts or any suggestions what to do? I want my 350k miles and my status back! I am desperate at this point!!!
