In the end I was able to transfer all my miles from FLying blue to WOrldperks. I'm pretty sure that I was never Flying Dutchman first. It took Flying Blue a couple weeks to process it on their side and then it took NWA a couple weeks on their side. I did lose some bonus miles since I had a trip to Europe while my status was in limbo, but it wasn't a ton of miles. I'm soooo happy to have escaped flying blue!
