I have always found that the CX office in Seoul are excellent. Very efficient, friendly replies, and quick, especially these days!

There are some excellent prices. I have just purchased several tickets, ICN-MEL in I class return for about US$1600 inclusive. ICN-BKK return in I class for a little under 600USD. Both of these are for the summer period. There are also cheap fares into October now available. Ticket to SGN is about 850US rtn in I class for October.
