In all seriousness, and considering that most will easily drop $200 on the casino floor in less than 30 minutes,

Is it really worth the trouble to 'tweak' a table service bill from $500 to $300?

I say commit to the $500+ tab, and just don't gamble that evening. (Which you probably shouldn't be doing anyway, as you have other 'interests' that will hopefully come to light during or after the evening @ Tryst.)
