So it was an award ticket according to the original thread. And I thought AC gave MDs in such situations SMs in compensation. I'd certainly not want this money-grubbing MD to be servicing me, on a flight or in a hospital. Does he not recall the oath he took to practice his profession to save lives and nurse the ill?
