While I understand everyone's desire to "snitch the crew out", it's not like it was intentional. Obviously the screwed up, but I wonder if we might just get a little better service and a little better attitude if we didn't run to the FAA and Customer Relations every time a napkin wasn't put under a beverage before service.

YES, I know this is more serious than the beverage, but c'mon.

Just one guys opinion.

PS. A similar incident happened on landing to me once--the captain never told the FA's to prepare the cabin for landing. Since all of the shades were drawn, we really had no idea. When we landed, there were 3 FA's standing, glasses, etc went flying everywhere and we though we'd hit another plane or something. Pretty damn scary!
