I would fathom, looking at the model and my (potentially outdated sense of Beijing - having been there in April) that Yintai is most certainly more than a 5-10 min walk from the Fairmont. Beijing is not the most pedestrian friendly city and I think 10 would be pushing it for a walk to the Silk market.
