As the OP already flew, and is only disputing the miles earned, it would seem the answer to this is "no". Any change fees would be charged at the time of the change, not retroactively after the flight, but as
sbagdon pointed out, there isn't really a 'change', as the 'change' is embedded in the fare itself.
