Having established myself as a leading Project Manager and Technical Strategist at my last employer, I developed a reputation for successful project leadership, product management, cross-functional team leadership and engaging various product, development and executive leaders into effective virtual teams dedicated to improving product quality, features and market interest.

I possess strong business acumen, and I'm adept at translating customer requirements into business cases which can be developed into technical solutions. I'm comfortable communicating with different teams, customers and all levels of management with an expertise in building cross functional relationships.

I've led new company product introductions for my former employer's IT department from beta programs through release to production, ensuring best project management practices were followed, including the use of Agile/Scrum.

I always ensured prompt and accurate communication across teams and created effective feedback loops to development and product managers so quality was improved, support costs were reduced and customers received better quality software.

Currently, I am based in South Florida, but open to travel positions as well as virtual office work. I might be open to relocation for the right opportunity.
