The HGI Addison is 2 blocks away from the Homewood Addison. The restaurant selection is identical. I also found that the Homewood Suites Addison's cleaning staff was not nearly as thurough as the HGI Addison. Also the continental breakfast at the HGI Addison is mucho better than the free continental breakfast at the Homewood.
