There's a [fairly new] EU law that requires all airlines to advertise the all-in prices. Try any KL or AF European site and you can see. I think it's wonderful! In the US tho, we still get crap like "$99 fare! One way. Plus fuel surcharge. Plus $50 in taxes. Actual price: $400."
