Spent a week on an award stay at the ES Plantation. Not your typical ES hotel. Was told by someone that it is a renovated Days Inn. Each room has a private balcony with a semi ocean view. The water park was nice but a little lame for my girls, 9 and 13. They did have scheduled activities for the kids during the day that they enjoyed.

Breakfast was something else. While we were there, it was not cooked to order, but served buffet style and not very appetizing. However, there Friday night seafood buffet looked better than any of the buffets we saw on the strip.

I agree that 150k points is a little excessive for this property.
